The China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association conducted the "Urea Solution Product CGT&CCAP Certification" at Liaoning Santai Company.
On April 7-8, 2021, an audit team composed of four experts from the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association and China Automotive Certification Center Co., Ltd. conducted a two-day on-site certification for urea aqueous solution products (CGT&CCAP) at Liaoning Sante Petrochemical Co., LTD.
The review panel, consisting of four experts, along with senior management and key department heads of Sante Company, attended the meeting. Wang Haixiang, Chairman of Sante Company, expressed gratitude and welcomed the experts on behalf of the company. He provided an overview of the company's automotive urea solution project, from its initiation and production commencement to the expansion with a 350,000-ton capacity project and its subsequent operation. He also detailed the company's quality control measures, clearly stating the principle of standardized production and strict adherence to standards.
The audit expert from China Automotive Certification Center Co., Ltd. introduced that CGT&CCAP certification strictly adheres to the service philosophy of "professionalism, fairness, efficiency, and integrity," rigorously implements certification laws and regulations, maintains strict quality control, and wholeheartedly provides timely and effective value-added services throughout the process, taking responsibility for both enterprises and society.
After the meeting, the expert team, accompanied by the chairman, general manager, and heads of relevant departments of Sante Company, visited the production site in sequence, including the drum manufacturing workshop, raw material storage workshop, production control room, production workshop, laboratory, and sample retention room. Subsequently, the audit team conducted an audit of various departments at Liaoning Sante Company.
After thorough discussion, the audit team unanimously concluded that Liaoning Sante Petrochemical Co., LTD. meets the relevant requirements of CGT&CCAP certification. Upon successful verification of the rectifications for the issues raised by the audit team, the certification certificate will be issued. The certification audit demonstrates that Liaoning Sante Petrochemical Co., LTD., as one of the first enterprises to obtain CGT certification, has achieved industry leadership in management level, product quality, standardized production, and the current status and prospects of market development.
