1. During the transportation or filling of oil, use containers and tools with specified seals, and avoid placing oil into dirty containers to prevent contamination.

2. When refueling the machine, ensure that dust, dirt, and moisture do not enter the oil, as the machine's lifespan largely depends on the cleanliness of the oil.

3. Although oil is not easily volatile, significant losses often occur due to overflow and leakage when adding oil to machines or containers. Therefore, it is essential to be careful during operation and when replenishing oil to machines to prevent any loss.

4. When filling fuel tanks or barrels, do not exceed their capacity limits. Always leave room for oil expansion due to heating in the container to prevent overflow and leakage caused by thermal expansion.

5. Regularly inspect the tightness of the machine casing, the covers of the system oil reservoir, and the pipe connections. Tighten the connections of machine components or replace sealing gaskets to prevent oil leakage.

6. Before filling with new oil after draining the waste oil, the system must be thoroughly cleaned and wiped.

7. Deposited water and sludge in the oil should be removed periodically or continuously.

8. Maintain good lubrication of the machine to prevent excessive wear on components, as increased gaps due to wear will lead to more severe oil contamination.

9. The oil temperature generally should not exceed 50-60℃. When a significant amount of heat is released, ensure proper cooling conditions for the oil.

10. In air compressors, the temperature at the outlet must not exceed 160-170°C.

11. Lubricating oil filters should be installed in automobiles and tractors to continuously refine the lubricating oil during operation, preventing it from becoming waste oil due to the accumulation of mechanical impurities and oxidation products in the engine.
