Product Description
For thick, large workpieces or materials with poor hardenability, quenching produces no soft spots, hardness deficiencies, or insufficient hardened depth. Short vapor film stage, fast high-temperature cooling rate, and high medium and low-temperature cooling rates. Low oil consumption for reduced operating costs, 30% less than conventional quenching oils. Short vapor film stage, fast high and medium-temperature cooling for strong hardening capability. Excellent thermal oxidation stability ensures long-term stable cooling performance and extended service life.
