Conventional Quenching Oil
Features excellent cooling and stability performance, significantly extends service life compared to conventional oils, enhances quench hardness and uniformity, reduces deformation, and improves workpiece surface quality.
Product Description
Replaces conventional mechanical oil; oxidation induction period is significantly longer than conventional mechanical oil, service life can be extended dozens of times, cooling performance and stability are notably superior, enhancing workpiece quench hardness and depth, reducing deformation, ensuring uniform surface hardness, high surface brightness, and facilitating subsequent electroplating. Suitable for quenching various alloy steels, carburized and carbonitrided small and medium workpieces. Operating temperature: 20~100°C.
- Service life can be extended by dozens of times
- Excellent cooling performance and stability
- Improves quenching hardness and depth
- High surface gloss, easy for subsequent processing
