Product Description

The vapor phase stage is short, with fast high-temperature cooling and a high convection start temperature. Suitable for martensitic分级淬火 or martensitic austempering of carburized or carbonitrided gears and similar small-to-medium workpieces in controlled atmosphere multi-purpose furnaces or continuous furnaces. Provides uniform hardness and good hardenability. Higher operating temperature offers better deformation control for small-to-medium parts. Workpieces exhibit good brightness after quenching. Excellent thermal stability and long service life ensure consistent quenching quality. Ideal for bearing steel and carburizing steel bearing rings, precision parts, automotive and tractor gears, half shafts, and other deformation-prone components.
